The DMVHuB Advertising Giveaway is a drawing for one (1) 30-second ad to run for 6 months at one DMVHuB-operated location of the winner’s choice. Entries will be collected via form submissions at DMVadvertising.com/giveaway or by simple email request. The promotion begins on April 15, 2025, and ends on July 14, 2025.
A random drawing will be conducted on July 15, 2025 to select one grand prize winner. DMVHuB, Inc. (“Sponsor”) reserves the right to modify the drawing date with notice published on its website.
This Giveaway is solely sponsored by DMVHuB, Inc. and is not affiliated with any NC License Plate Agency, Department of Transportation, or Division of Motor Vehicles.
By entering, each participant (“Entrant”) agrees to these Official Rules and the final decisions of the Sponsor, which are binding. All inquiries should be directed to [email protected].
2. ELIGIBILITY:
Open to eligible non-profit and for-profit businesses operating in the DMVHuB advertising service area.
To qualify as an Eligible Business, the entrant must not manufacture, sell, promote, or distribute:
- Alcohol
- Firearms or weapons
- Tobacco products
- Tattoos
- Political or religious content
Employees, officers, and directors of DMVHuB, Inc., its affiliates, advertising agencies, and immediate or household family members of such individuals are not eligible.
This promotion is void where prohibited by law.
3. PRIZES:
Grand Prize
- One (1) Winner will receive:
- A 6-month advertising package for a 30-Second Ad, including ad design ($189 Value)
- Approximate Retail Value (ARV): Up to $1111 Value
- If the WINNER is a current advertiser and purchased an ad campaign within a month of the Giveaway start date, the winner has an option to receive cash compensation in place of an additional 6-Month ad campaign. This campaign will be valued at the concurrent promotional special available to all entrants that offers 50% Discount on 3 Months with a 3-Month Purchase.
All Eligible Entrants
- A one-time 50% discount on 3 Months, when buying 3 Months. Duration of choice (:10, :15 or :30)
- ARV: $90-$308
- Cannot be combined with other offers
Only one prize per business per contest period. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if needed. Any applicable taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.
4. HOW TO ENTER:
During the promotion period participants can enter the Giveaway via:
- Online entry via DMVadvertising.com/giveaway. Completing the entry includes providing contact and business information in addition to completing a quote request for the Spring Promotion Discount. There is an option to opt-out of receiving a quote and only submit a contest entry. No purchase is necessary to enter.
- An alternative entry can be submitted directly to [email protected] with the Subject Line: Spring Giveaway. The email must include the entrant’s full name, business to be advertised, phone number and email.
Limit one (1) entry per entrant. Automated entries are not allowed and will be disqualified. Entries must be submitted by the end of the Promotion Period (July 14, 2025).
5. WINNER SELECTION:
One winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor within two weeks of the end of the Promotion Period.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All prizes and discounts must be redeemed within three (3) months of notification or will be voided.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION:
The potential winner will be notified via phone AND email using the number provided in the entry within approximately two weeks of the drawing. Winners must respond within 30 days to claim the prize. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture. Sponsor is not responsible for missed notifications due to voicemail issues, email problems, or technical difficulties.
7. PRIVACY: Any personal information supplied by you will be subject to the privacy policy of the Sponsor which does not sell or provide contact information to any third party or affiliate. By entering the Giveaway, you grant Sponsor permission to share your business identity in relation to Giveaway Prize Selection Award for the purpose of administration and prize fulfillment, including use in a publicly available Winners list.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Giveaway; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Giveaway; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Giveaway or download of any materials in the Giveaway.
If, for any reason, the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Giveaway in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all drawings and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Giveaway.
9. WINNER LIST/OFFICIAL RULES: To obtain a copy of the Winner List or a copy of these Official Rules, send your request to [email protected]. Requests for the names of the winners must be received no later than one year after the Promotion Period has ended.
